Children’s Ministry
Bay Pointe’s Children’s Ministry, The TreeHouse, exists to be a community that loves God, grows children and reaches those who don’t know Jesus. We make every effort to provide loving care and age-appropriate teaching through programs that are offered for babies through fifth graders during both of our weekend services.

Student Ministries
The mission of Bay Pointe’s Student Ministries is to be a community that loves God, grows students and reaches those who don’t know Jesus.

Club 221 (for 6th - 8th graders) meets during the 11:00 a.m. Sunday service in the Student Ministries room located just off the church lobby. All Junior High students are invited to come and bring a friend for a time of activities, worship, relevant teaching and life group discussion.

Mosaic (for 9th - 12th graders) meets Sunday evenings from 7 - 8:30 p.m. in the Student Ministries room located just off the church lobby. All High School students are invited to come and bring a friend for a time of activities, worship, relevant teaching and life group discussion.

Connections Ministry
The mission of Bay Pointe’s Connections ministry is to be a community that loves God, grows believers and reaches those who don’t know Jesus.

Life Groups
We believe that the life change God desires for each one of us happens best in healthy, biblically functioning smaller groups of friends that we call Life Groups. We have numerous men’s, women’s and mixed gender groups that not only provide a safe environment where spiritual growth can be nurtured, they also help to connect people and are an instrumental part in helping to make a larger church feel smaller. In addition, we are committed to challenging our Life Group Ministry to reach out as the hands and feet of Christ to serve and minister to the “poor and the least of these” in our community and around the world.

Some of our Men’s Life Groups meet weekly for breakfast on Wednesdays at 6:30 a.m. at TWO locations: The Flap Jack Shack (near Meijer) and the Omelette Shop (near NMC). All men are invited for a time of breakfast, community, study and discussion.

In addition, we have two Women’s Life Groups that meet regularly for Bible study, community and discussion. Contact the church office for details on when each new study begins.

Serving
Another great way to get connected at Bay Pointe is by joining a serving team. The church has opportunities for volunteers to use their spiritual gifts and passions to help out in all areas of the ministry; from Children’s to ushering, serving on the hospitality team, working with our technical teams or greeting people as they come through the doors.

prayer ministry
At Bay Pointe we are strongly committed to “pray first” on every level of the ministry. We recognize our dependence on the power of prayer which connects our hearts with God’s and releases the power of the Holy Spirit. A prayer team is available to pray with you and for you after each of our weekend services. If you have a prayer request, you can call the church office at 231.922.9882 and your request will be added to a confidential prayer chain, or email your confidentail request to sgreen3355@chartermi.net.
